Select an Excel file with at least five columns with column headings of 'name', 'email', 'phone', 'address', and 'zip code'. The name should be first name, space, last name. An alternate format is to have a column for first name and last name instead of name. If so, the column names should be 'first name' and 'last name'. If the workbook has multiple sheets, be sure the one that has the retreatants is the visible sheet before saveing and uploading.
